A-1 Lake & Campground
(White Mountain Apache Reservation)
Located west of Greer, A-1 Lake and
Campground is accessed via Highway 260 and is at an elevation of 8,000 feet.
There are four (15) family camp units available with safe drinking water,
fishing and boating (including boat launch) activities. The managed Season is
from May through September 15. Trailers are accommodated. Stays are limited to
10 days. This is a fee area and permits are required from the White Mountain
Apache Tribe. You may contact the Tribe's Game & Fish Department for fee
and permit information at:
