Drift Fence Lake
(White Mountain Apache Reservation)
Located south of Greer, Drift Fence Lake is accessed via Highway 260 to
Arizona 273 (Sunrise Lake Turnoff) and is at an elevation of 8,000 feet. There
are three (10) family camp units available. There is safe drinking water along
with fishing and boating activities. The managed Season is April to November.
Trailers are accommodated. Stays are limited to 10 days. This is a fee area and
permits are required from the White Mountain Apache Tribe. You may contact the
Tribe's Game & Fish Department for fee and permit information at:
