Fifty Plus Fitness Healthy Hikes
Join T.R.A.C.K.S. member and active volunteer, Ann Howard, for a look at the great outdoors, Ann will be leading a series of low impact hikes. Bring along plenty of water, sunscreen and a snack. Due to changing trail conditions, the hiking locations will be announced at a later date.

Dog Obedience Training Classes
Experienced dog trainer, Herman Dominquez, and his national award winning Dalmation, Bambi, will offer dog obedience classes for all dogs ages four months and older. All shots must be current and pre-registration is required. this class is offered year round as six-week instructional classes. Classes meet at Centennial Park.

Let's Make A Quillow
Instructor, Terri Whipple, will teach participants the basics of putting together a quilt that turns into a pillow. Great gift making idea. Materials purchased by student.

"Tri" a triathlon in the cool pines of Show Low. Triathlons are now one of the most popular multi-sport events in the country, with people of all ages training for their first "tri" at a tri. The event starts with an 825-yard swim, transitions to a 12.3 mile bike, and the final leg is a 3.5 mile run. Start your training now. Race Day Volunteers Needed.

Got pine needles. We have a way for you to turn those eyesores into a beautiful, decorative basket. Join experienced artist, Susan Cassler, as she teaches you how to design and create your own pine needle basket. In just two short sessions, you will learn to appreciate those opine needles all over your yard.
