	Directions For The Rim Internet Services Setup To sign up for our service or Tech support with our service Call toll Free 1-888-250-1694 To download our Internet set-up program Click HERE ! Save to disc in a directory (so you can find it again) click on the isetup.exe and follow the instructions for your area, please give us some time to activate your new account if you use the form below 1. Open My Computer 2. Open 3.5' Floppy Disk 3. Double click the file called isetup 4. Choose the city that offers you a local phone #. 5. The next screen asks if you wish to remove old dial-up entries as well as old MS Outlook accounts. Leave these checked if you do not plan to use any other dial up Internet account. Removing old Netscape entries is checked if you are using Netscape (this is a web browser like Internet Explorer, I you are not using Netscape leave this blank) 6. The next screen asks for you login name, Enter your login name, in login name as well as pop name, (same as your login name) all lower case 7. Type your password, in lower case 8. Real name is the name you wish others to see when you send them mail, type in your name here or family name or Company Name 9. Organization is optional 10. Click Next, and your done. 11. To get on the Internet just double click the Internet Explorer Icon on your desktop, 12. To send and receive mail use the software on your machine called outlook express. 13. You can send yourself e-mail when your done to test your e-mail setup, You are now ready to get on-line!! All you need to do is ………
To Get On The Net
	1. Double click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. The Connect To window will appear. 2. If you put a check in the box by Save Password you will not have to enter this information again. 3. Click on Connect. We also set up Outlook Express with your account information when you installed our setup software. We suggest you use this program to send and receive e-mail. We also offer you access to your mail account from our web site www.therim.com, click the button on our home page called Web E-Mail and enter your Login Name and Password. (This is useful if you travel and wish to access you e-mail account from a different computer) Enjoy the Internet and be sure and call, e-mail or stop by if you have any questions, comments, or concerns or suggestions!
Billing Information
	Accounts are due 30 days from sign-up, to save time and stamps you may have your monthly charges automatically deducted from your Credit Card. If you wish we can also set your account up for monthly e-mail invoices, or if you pay every 3 months by check or cash we can send you a statement via postal mail. If you request monthly or quarterly payments by cash or check then invoices will be sent to 10 days prior to due date. We require that payment is receive by due date to avoid a late fee or re-connection charges.
