Your Windows 98, ME, or XP computer should have all the required software to connect to our service, you can print this page to store required setting on your system and give us a call to setup your account on our servers.
If your account is not active,
or your haveing trouble with setup call 1-888-250-1694 for support.

You may also request a free disk to set your system up we can mail to you.

Open the "My Computer" Icon
Move mouse to Dial Up Networking and double click.
Double click on Make new Connection.
Type in therim where it says. "Type a name for the computer you are dialing" and then click next.
Make sure the area code is blank. Enter the phone number *(see below) in the phone # box & then click next.
The window tells you "you have successfully created a connection called therim", click finish.
Right click on the Icon and select properties.
Remove the check mark from the box in front of the sentence that says "Use area code and dialing properties".
Select Server Type tab, Remove all check marks except Enable software compresion and TCP/IP. Click OK.
Close Dial up networking.

Open Internet Explorer.
If the Dial up-Connection Screen comes up, select "Work Offline",
then select the tools tab at the top of the screen, then Internet Options.
Type www.therim.com in the address bar where it states "You can change which page you use for your home page.
Then select the connections tab, make sure azdialup is listed as default (if not use the "set default" button) and that "always dial my default connection is selected. Click Ok.
Then select the tools tab, then "Mail & News" then "Read Mail"
This will either give you Outlook express or the outlook express wizard.

If you get Outlook express go to the tools tab, then accounts, then select the mail tab, then Add, then Mail, this will open up the Outlook Express Wizard.

In display name enter your name, then select next,

for email address enter your User name with @wmonline.com (example@wmonline.com) then select next . This is your e-mail address , you can send yourself e-mail when your finished settign this up to test your account.
For incoming mail & outgoing mail servers enter mail.wmonline.com , then select next.
Your user name should be displayed , enter your password (user name and password are all type in lower case) then select next.

It will say you have successfully completed, then select finished.

You are now ready to get on-line!! All you need to do is …. Double click on the Internet Explorer Icon on you desktop. The connect To Window Will Appear. Enter your User Name and Password into the appropriate box. If you put a check in the box by save password you will not have to enter this information again Click on connect Enjoy the Internet. Your email address is your user name @wmonline.com
 
*Dial-Up Connection Phone Numbers
It is the customer's responsibility to determine
if the number they are calling is toll free.
The best way to do this is to call your operator or phone
company and tell them the number you will be dialing into.
