Introduction	If you set up your Internet service with one of our Disks or CDs Outlook Express should be set up and ready for use, if you want to change, or re-install your Outlook Express account without one of our Disks or CDs follow the instructions below.

Setting up Outlook Express E-Mail Accounts	Setting up Outlook Express for Windows 98 & Windows XP Step 1: Open Outlook Express Step 2: Click on Tools at the Top Step 3: Move the cursor down to Accounts then click. Step 4: Click on the Mail tab, then Add, then Mail Step 5: This will open the next window as shown below. Step 6: Enter your Name or Business Name, as you would like it to appear on your out-going mail. Step 7: Then click the Next button at the bottom of the window, another window will open. Step 8: Enter your e-mail address... i.e. john@therim.com or jan@wmonline.com ALL LOWER CASE ! no dashes, slashes or spaces ! Then click on the Next button at the bottom of the window. Step 9: This next window should look like the picture above, however if you are a "The Rim" client then both lines should read mail.therim.com then click on Next. Step 10: This window is where you will enter your user name and password, your user name is before the @ sign, also click on the box by... Remember password, Do Not click on the box (SPA). Step 11: Then click next, Step 12: The window above says that you have finished, but there are a few more steps. Step 13: Click Finish. Step 14: You will see the window above, left click once on mail.wmonline.com , then click on the Properties button. Step 15: Make sure that both in-comming and out-going mail are the same, a check mark in the Include box is a good idea. Step 16: Now click on the Connection tab at the top. Step 17: Make sure that wmonline or (therim) is selected in the box, and the box next to the "Always connect to this account using" should be checked. then click Apply at the bottom, then OK. Step 18: The Internet Accounts window will return, if your new account is not the default, use the Set as Default button on the right, then click on the Close button at the bottom. Now you are done !
