Greer Civic Association To Help Injured Deputy

Pinecrest Lake, a small community in Overgaard, Arizona suffered the loss of over 1,000 Ponderosa pine trees and 168 homes on June 22 in the Chediski fire.

Individual insurance proceeds will cover the replacement of dwellings, but assistance is needed with the restoration of the beloved Ponderosa. The homeowner associations's meager resources are rapidly being depleted by the restoration of the community's basic needs of water, sewer and electricity. No funds are available to replace the destroyed trees.
An account has been opened at the Bank of America in Payson to receive donations to purchase and replant trees in the Pinecrest Lake development. Please help to restore the beauty of this small Rim Country community by making a donation to any Bank of America branch. Homes for Pinecrest Fund, Account Number 004678084014. If you wish a receipt for your donation, please mail your check payable to Pines for Pinecrest Fund, to the Pinecrest Lake POA, P.O. Box 769, Overgaard, AZ 85933 and one will be mailed to you
Information sent to us by Mary Sue Snyder, Pines for Pinecrest Campaign.
